How much does it cost?
Free at launch. We're focused on getting players using it before we worry about monetization.
What phone do I need?
Any modern smartphone that supports 120fps slow-motion recording. We've tested heavily on Pixel 7 Pro (Android) and iPhone 12+ (iOS). The faster your camera, the cleaner the call.
Is it just for pickleball?
No — Overturned ships with pickleball and tennis support out of the box. Volleyball, badminton, and soccer-goal-line modes are on the roadmap. Switch sports inside the app.
Where does my video go?
Nowhere unless you share it. Recordings live on your phone in a circular buffer that overwrites old footage automatically. Zero cloud upload, zero analytics on your video, zero access to your camera roll.
Can I share clips?
Yes — tap share to export the disputed frame or full rally with the Overturned watermark. Perfect for ending the group-chat argument permanently.

Overturned started on a rec court, after one too many arguments that ended with "you'll never convince me." It's an indie-built instant replay app for pickleball, tennis, and any sport where lines matter. Solo founder, engineer, weekend tennis & pickleball player. I built Overturned for myself first — then realized every court I've ever played on needed it too. Available for interviews, podcast appearances, and demos at courts in the greater Chicago area.
